Nudes are still very much here and for me, are the perfecto compliment to the other fierce trends this season; prints, power pastels, waterfall structures, leather shorts, cotton shorts, silk shorts and of course statement make up.
I am always partial to a bit of nudity so here are my top tips on how to sport this tone.
1. Nails: A taupe/mushroom colour has been all over celebrities, models and fashionistas alike and is for me a perfect way to sport the tone. The colouring due to it's fabulous subtlety goes with anything and therefore a weekly manicure is all you need.
2.Jacket: Whether a blazer, leather bomber or waterfall front crop this colouring layers over pretty much any other print or colour. Think of Chloe S/S 2010 and the gorgeous layering of the sumptuous nude tones.
3.Peg legs: This shape of trouser is all over the high street at the moment and even elongates the shortest of legs. A nude peg leg is a fantastic alternative to the white linen trouser and is perfect for those girls (me included) who aren't wanting to flash their pins all summer. Team with a killer wedge and a power pastel vest for a sassy summer look.
4.Shoes: I invested into some nude heels quite a while ago now and I reckon should be an essential in every girls wardrobe. The nude heel gives the sense of endless legs and well which girl would not want that!
